Espresso Martini

A sophisticated cocktail shaken with Haku vodka, espresso, dark chocolate, and vanilla — served with a silky crema top. Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS
- Cumulus Sospeso Medium or Sospeso Light (espresso setting, 2 shots)
- 1 oz Cumulus Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
- 1 oz Cumulus Dark Chocolate Syrup
- 3 oz Haku vodka
- Ice
- 2 coffee beans, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Add 3 oz of Haku Vodka, 1 oz Cumulus Madagascar Vanilla Syrup and 1 oz Cumulus Dark Chocolate Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Brew Cumulus Sospeso Medium or Sospeso Light into the shaker.
- Add 1 scoop of ice.
- Close shaker and shake vigorously 10-15 times.
- Strain into martini glasses, top with crema from the shaker and garnish with coffee beans.
