These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) are applicable to purchases of products (“Products”) from Our Website. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use available at www.cumuluscoffee.com/policies/terms-of-service. By placing an order on Our Website, You acknowledge and agree that such order is subject to these Terms.

Pre-Orders

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing a pre-order.

Pre-Orders are currently targeted for shipment in September 2024; however, this target shipment date is subject to change. We will email You at the email address You provided at the time of the order regarding any change in projected shipment date. 

You may cancel Your Pre-Order at any time prior to shipment by emailing us at support@cumuluscoffee.com and you will receive a full refund of Your Pre-Order purchase price. 

Additionally, You may return your unopened, new Products within thirty (30) days of shipment for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.

Risk of loss for the Products passes to You when we provide the Product(s) to our carrier.
