A bright, citrus-forward iced americano with a hint of orange piloncillo and a twisted peel garnish.
INGREDIENTS
- Cumulus Sospeso Medium (espresso setting)
- ½ oz Cumulus Orange Piloncillo Syrup
- 4 oz cold water
- Ice
- Orange peel slice, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Add ½ oz Cumulus Orange Piloncillo Syrup to a 10 oz glass.
- Brew Cumulus Sospeso Medium on the espresso setting into the glass.
- Add 4 oz cold water and stir.
- Add ice and twist orange peel over the beverage to garnish.
