An Iced Dubai Chocolate Latte is a chilled espresso drink made with dark chocolate, vanilla, and pistachio oat creamer, inspired by the viral pistachio-filled Dubai chocolate bar. Brewed on the Cumulus machine straight over ice, it's rich, nutty, and café-worthy at home.
Ingredients
- Cumulus Sospeso Light or Delve
- 3 oz Elmhurst Pistachio Oat Creamer
- 1/4 oz Cumulus Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
- 3/4 oz Cumulus Dark Chocolate Syrup
- Chocolate powder
- Pistachio nuts, crushed
Recipe
- Add 1/4 oz Cumulus Madagascar Vanilla Syrup to a 12 oz glass
- Add 3/4 oz Cumulus Dark Chocolate Syrup to the glass
- Add 3oz (1/3 cup) Elmhurst Pistachio Oat Creamer and mix
- Add 1 scoop ice to the glass
- Brew Sospeso Light or Delve on Espresso setting into the glass
- Dust with chocolate powder
- Top with crushed pistachio nuts
