At Cumulus, we care deeply about creating the best cold coffee experience at home. We tasted hundreds of coffees to find the highest quality beans for our eight core blends—and now we’re going even further with our first limited release.

Why a New Blend?

In our ongoing pursuit of coffees crafted specifically for cold brewing, we’re constantly exploring new components—and sometimes, unexpected combinations. Blending offers a unique opportunity to create greater harmony, depth, and structure in the final cup, especially when brewed cold.

Symphony Blend is one of those rare discoveries from our R&D process that simply demanded a release.

You might call it a mistake. Or the fortunate outcome of experienced discipline and regular cupping.

Our coffee master was experimenting in the lab, short on the coffees needed for that day’s sensory panel. A few components were combined without expectation—just something different to calibrate against. Balance wasn’t the goal.

But what emerged in the cup was nothing short of magic.
