Cold Fashioned

A coffee riff on the classic cocktail — rich cold brew sweetened with orange piloncillo and garnished with a twisted orange peel.

INGREDIENTS

• Cumulus Ritual Dark (still cold brew setting)
• ¾ oz Cumulus Orange Piloncillo Syrup
• Ice
• Orange peel slice, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Fill a 12 oz glass ½ to ¾ full with ice.
2. Add ¾ oz Cumulus Orange Piloncillo Syrup.
3. Brew Cumulus Ritual Dark on the still cold brew setting into the glass.
4. Twist orange peel over the beverage and garnish.
