A coffee riff on the classic cocktail — rich cold brew sweetened with orange piloncillo and garnished with a twisted orange peel.
INGREDIENTS
- Cumulus Ritual Dark (still cold brew setting)
- ¾ oz Cumulus Orange Piloncillo Syrup
- Ice
- Orange peel slice, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Fill a 12 oz glass ½ to ¾ full with ice.
- Add ¾ oz Cumulus Orange Piloncillo Syrup.
- Brew Cumulus Ritual Dark on the still cold brew setting into the glass.
- Twist orange peel over the beverage and garnish.
