Pumpkin cream cold foam has taken over fall coffee menus, and this nitro version brings the seasonal favorite home in under five minutes. Brew Cumulus Ritual Dark (or Decaf) on the "Nitro" setting, top with a real pumpkin and vanilla spiced cream, and get a coffee shop-quality pumpkin drink without leaving your kitchen.
Ingredients
- Cumulus Ritual Dark or Decaf
- ¾ oz Cumulus Cinnamon Demerara Syrup
- ½ oz Cumulus Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
- 2oz Heavy Cream
- 2oz Milk, oat or 2%
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- Pumpkin Spice Blend
Recipe
Pumpkin Spiced Cream

Combine 2oz heavy cream, 2oz oat ot 2% milk, ½ oz Cumulus Madagascar Vanilla Syrup, and 1 tbsp pumpkin puree in a glass

Blend using an electric mixer or frother
Pumpkin Cream Nitro

Add ¾ oz Cumulus Cinnamon Demerara Syrup to a separate glass

Brew Cumulus Ritual Dark or Decaf on ‘Nitro’ setting into the glass
