Learn how to make a Shakerato Bianco at home with this easy Italian iced coffee recipe. This creamy espresso shakerato is shaken until frothy and smooth, then finished with milk for a rich, café-style drink. Made with Cumulus Coffee espresso, it delivers bold flavor and a velvety texture—perfect for a refreshing coffee in minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- Cumulus Sospeso Medium or Sospeso Light (espresso setting)
- ¾ oz Cumulus Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 2 oz 2% milk
- 1 oz water
- Ice
Vanilla Cream
- Combine 2 oz heavy cream, 2 oz 2% milk, and ¾ oz Cumulus Madagascar Vanilla Syrup and mix until combined.
DIRECTIONS
- Add ¾ oz Cumulus Madagascar Vanilla Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Brew Cumulus Sospeso Medium or Sospeso Light on the espresso setting into the shaker.
- Add 1 oz water to the shaker, then fill ½ to ¾ full with ice.
- Close the shaker and shake vigorously 10–15 times.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Pour vanilla cream carefully over the shakerato to form two distinct layers.
