If, for any reason, your Cumulus Machine does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Service team at support@cumuluscoffee.com, and we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Returns without a valid RMA number may result in a delayed refund or be refused entirely.
We will process your return request and issue a full refund upon receipt of your return order at our warehouse. We kindly request that you retain all of the original packaging to ensure the safe return of your Cumulus machine. Proper packing is essential to prevent potential damage during transit; alternative packaging materials may invite a risk of damage—for which you would be responsible.
