Love this coffee machine. It makes wonderful nitro cold brew, has lots of coffee flavor options (even decaf), and terrific customer service. It is a bit loud when cooling water and actually making the coffee, and you can only get the pods on the website or at Williams Sonoma, but it is well worth it given that I am not doing a daily Starbucks run and can have cold coffee on demand.
