I’ve never been able to quite replicate the quality of a good coffeehouse nitro cold brew at home….until today!

I drink coffee avidly, and am a little embarrassed to admit my monthly coffee budget between home and coffee shop consumption is roughly $300/mo.

A natural byproduct of that is plastic containers, plastic cups, plastic straws, gas, travel time, etc.

Like many of you, I initially questioned the price of this machine and buying into a new ecosystem, and questioning if it will meet my expectations.

But after doing the math, I realized this thing would pay for itself in about four months of use at my current consumption rate, so it quickly became a no-brainer, and I ordered, largely on the fact that Howard Schultz had endorsed it personally, and it was developed by some former green apron defectors.

I wish I could say the ordering process went smoothly, but a few days after I had placed my order, I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong color machine. I quickly messaged the support team and explained the error I had made, and the level of service I received from Aniesha and the support team was white glove service at its best.

In some strange way, having an issue shined a light on the level of comfort and care that the Cumulus Support team exhibits with grace and aplomb, and that really cemented the value of this new relationship.

This is definitely the best coffee machine I have ever owned and I have owned multiple fully automatic $1,000+ machines. I purchased this machine because my favorite coffee is a nitro cold brew, usually from Starbucks, and this was the machine I decided to try out. I love the froth on the coffee and their flavors are amazing! The best part of the company is their customer service, especially Aniesha the head of their customer experience. She was super helpful with all my questions and concerns and always replied right away, even on weekends! After trying many machines and then selling them to try other machines this is definitely my all time favorite!

My wife doesn't drink coffee, so I've been a single-serve person for many years and I've been loyal to my Keurig. I purchased the Cumulus though as it's hot in Texas and most of the year I prefer a cooler drink. I received my Cumulus the other week and have become a fast convert. It's like going from a Toyota to a Lexus ... both a great, but one is luxury and I now know why I spent that extra money. The quality and consistency of both the cold brew and the nitro are incredible. I love strong in the morning and decaf in the late afternoon. This is a machine you want if you value coffee and want to pay for quality.
